About me
The common thread of my life. Integration
From complex IT systems to genuine human connection and facilitation
If I had to summarize my path in one word, it would be this: integration. Even as a child, I was deeply curious. I was less interested in individual details than in the big picture. How do things connect? What links things that seem separate? How does a coherent whole emerge from many individual parts?
At 19, I began my training as an IT specialist for system integration. For many years, my job was to connect complex systems so that they functioned reliably and harmoniously. I loved this work—the structuring, the organizing, the merging. But over time and with growing professional experience, it became clear to me: the decisive breaking points were rarely in the technology. They were between people. Where communication was missing, where understanding was lost, where collaboration faltered. And that is exactly where my true interest began.
This is how I found my way to facilitation—an approach based on the belief that the necessary intelligence is already present in people (or in teams). That nothing needs to be “added,” but rather conditions can be created in which this inner clarity and existing potential can unfold. To me, enablement and empowerment are not buzzwords, but a deep conviction.

The Enneagram as a Turning Point
Personal transformation and the conscious work with personality patterns
At the same time, I encountered the Enneagram – initially out of personal interest. It quickly became clear to me that this discovery would change my life. And that’s exactly what it did. I began to understand why I repeatedly react the same way in certain situations. Why some feelings feel so familiar. And why defense mechanisms not only emerge but persist – even when the external circumstances have long since changed.
The most powerful experience in my work with the Enneagram is still the same moment, time and again: when someone realizes that they are not broken or wrong – but that a specific personality structure was at work. And that it is possible to consciously penetrate this structure. This moment changes something. It brings compassion. It brings back responsibility. And it opens up new space for decisions and genuine freedom of action.
Today, I continue to follow this common thread of integration consistently. I no longer integrate IT systems, but instead accompany people in getting back in touch with themselves. It’s about the integration of those parts that we have repressed, split off, or forgotten. And about allowing more clarity, vitality, and quality of life to emerge from that.
I see myself less as a classic coach and more as a guide – a companion on the journey. Among other things, I support people in identifying their dominant Enneagram type, recognizing their own personality patterns, and unfolding their full potential through targeted, individual, personal transformation.

Start your inner work with a non-binding discovery call
If you recognize yourself in these lines, it is no coincidence. Perhaps you already feel that more clarity, more vitality, and more freedom are possible than your usual patterns have allowed until now.
This is exactly where our work together begins. In a non-binding discovery call, we will look together at your current situation, your questions, and what within you wishes to be seen and integrated. You will get a feel for how I work—and we will find out if I can meaningfully accompany you on your path. I look forward to meeting you.
