    For 15 years, I designed complex IT infrastructures and led technical teams. Yet, no matter how technologically excellent we were, we repeatedly encountered the same hurdles: overwhelmed teams, an unhealthy culture, and sluggish decision-making processes. I realized: The greatest challenges do not lie in the code or the technical infrastructure, but in the way people work together.

    Today, I look at the human operating system. How the many parts and patterns are brought into constellation so that they harmonize again as a whole. This is exactly where the fusion of my various expertises comes into play. Analytical understanding and thinking meet deep Enneagram knowledge, elements of facilitation, coaching, and humanistic therapy.
